Coating Line Supervisor

About the Role:

The Coating Line Supervisor is a crucial part of the manufacturing team and oversees the production and execution of all coating and brushing orders. You will work closely with the Manufacturing and Warehouse Manager to provide support and build capability within the team while supporting with development and implementation of warehouse processes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead a team of five and report to the Manufacturing Manager.

This role is based at our Ohinewai Manufacturing site, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 7am-3.30pm. Key relationships for this role include warehouse staff, the Operations and Sales teams.
