Lead Plant Operator

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Plant Operator ready to learn fast, take ownership, and become the primary person running the site within 3–6 months.

As a Plant Operator, you’ll be trained across all elements of production, dispatch, documentation, and site systems so that you can confidently run day‑to‑day operations. You’ll work flexibly across different days and hours as needed to keep production flowing and meet customer commitments.
