Site Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced, very hands-on Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Ohinewai manufacturing and warehouse site. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is accountable for end-to-end site performance, with a strong focus on achieving DIFOT, inventory and building a safe, engaged, high-performing team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading people, solving problems, and driving operational excellence.
