We have experienced a number of challenges this year that are continuing to affect our ability to service existing orders.
Covid isolations and the large fire our supplier experienced continue to have an ongoing and challenging impact on supply. In the case of the fire, unfortunately the loss of nearly $800k of feedstock is not something that can quickly be replaced, especially when we were already behind on schedule.
We have process improvements happening at all levels of the business and while we anticipated taking orders again from 01 July for the Vulcan products affected by the order pause, at this point that is still too early.
This means the pause will be extended for the Vulcan products currently affected, and we anticipate taking orders again from 01 October.
This will be revised on 01 August when we will be in touch with another update.
