NZ Lead Times 2025

As of 01 December 2025, estimated lead times from the time an order is approved by Abodo from a timber merchant, are as follows:

Cladding:

• Vulcan Cladding (Uncoated) – 3 weeks
  
• Vulcan Cladding (Coated) – 5 weeks
  
• Vulcan Nexus Cladding (Uncoated) – 3 weeks
  
• Vulcan Nexus Cladding (Coated) – 5 weeks

Decking:

• Vulcan Decking (Uncoated) – 2 weeks
  
• Vulcan Decking (Coated) – 4 weeks
  
• Vulcan Smooth Decking (Uncoated) - 2 weeks
  
• Vulcan Smooth Decking (Coated) - 4 weeks
  
• Sand Decking – 4 weeks

Screening:

• Vulcan Screening (Stock sizes* Uncoated) - 3 weeks
  
• Vulcan Screening (Stock sizes* Coated) - 5 weeks
  
• Vulcan Screening (Made to order sizes*) - 8-10 weeks

Wall and Ceiling Linings:

• Vulcan Panelling (Uncoated) – 3 weeks
  
• Vulcan Panelling (Coated - Clear Only) - 5 weeks

Coating and Set Length Notes:

1. Protector factory coating is for one coat only (MOQ is 225lm. A set-up fee applies to order quantities below this). Another Protector coat is to be applied on site.
2. Sioox Wood Coating and Iron Vitriol are a 3-step coating system. All coats are done in our factory.
3. Set lengths are subject to availability – please email ordersnz@abodo.co.nz for lead times relating to these.
