Chief Commercial Officer

About the Role:

Abodo is growing globally, and we’re looking for a commercially strong, strategically minded Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to help guide the next chapter of our evolution. We’re a sustainability driven New Zealand manufacturer with a global footprint and this role plays a critical part in ensuring our commercial engine, customer experience, and operational performance scale alongside our ambitions.

This is a key executive role reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for steering our commercial strategy, strengthening customer and area manager relationships, driving pricing and margin performance, and ensuring our sales and operational teams are aligned for success. While this role supports our production and manufacturing functions, it does not lead day to day operational management.
