Alison brings more than 30 years of experience across architecture, building, joinery, and design‑led sales. Suzy brings more than 25 years of experience in New Zealand’s timber industry. Beginning her career at a time when few women worked in the sector, Suzy built strong technical and commercial expertise through senior roles at Carter Holt Harvey before joining Abodo in 2017. Known for her practical knowledge and extensive industry relationships, she works closely with builders, architects, merchants, and homeowners, championing thermally modified timber and Abodo’s commitment to durable, sustainable materials.
