People and Culture Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on, and values‑driven People & Culture Manager to join our leadership team and shape the next stage of Abodo’s global growth. This is a pivotal senior role with influence at both SLT and Board level - ideal for someone who loves building culture, leading change, and developing organisational capability for the future.

You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and be supported by a P&C Advisor, with weekly travel to our Ohinewai (Waikato) site. As our business continues to scale internationally, we envision this position evolving into a Head of People role.
