Central North Islanders will have an alternative to traditional supermarkets with Rotorua's new Farmers Market being launched in early October.
The farmers market, intended to be a showcase of the region's fresh local produce is an exciting alternative to the typical supermarket chain.
Abodo has sponsored materials with Vulcan timber being used to construct the display barrows. Thermally modified Vulcan is a naturally durable, stable natural timber material - a great alternative to chemically treated wood, and safe for food use.
Abodo partnered with local businesses Bespoke Joinery and Donelley Sawmills to make the market barrows a reality - and it is clear that the barrows are not only beautiful, but safe for people and the environment.
The Rotorua Farmers Market starts Sunday 2 October, 9am – 1pm at City Focus, Tutanekai.
Abodo will be exhibiting at Design Show Australia 2024, among an array of leading New Zealand architectural and design brands.
Now available to order, Vulcan Shingles are a durable, easy to install product delivering a high end architectural finish for modern applications.
A Wanaka local, Kate brings a passion for sustainability and design to her role at Abodo’s Cardrona showcase.
All at Abodo thank you for your business and continued support in 2023.
