The exterior of the home is clad in Tundra Cladding – finished with Sioo:x Natural Wood Coating.

Designed to evenly silver over time, the Sioo:x wood finish requires minimal maintenance, and assist the overall building structure to blend beautifully into its surroundings.

The Central Otago region is known for its harsh winters and blistering summers, so a low maintenance natural cladding was a stipulation for the build.

Custom window details add a nice touch to the exterior, cleverly designed by Hilton Miller and the team at Warren and Mahoney Architects.

Interiors feature heavy use of clear grade radiata pine solid timber, and plywood for a natural, holiday home style build. The build was expertly crafted by experienced local builder Christie Brothers.
